A relaxation massage to promote a general sense of relaxation that relieves muscular tension, increases blood circulation. You may also request pressure if you prefer a firmer massage. The massage is a combination of flowing strokes, kneading the muscle and using acupressure on the congested areas. Some heat may be applied to help decrease tension at no extra cost to you.

Warm Healing Stone Massage

Why use Basalt Stones?
Usually dark grey in colour and various shapes and sizes, these stones/rocks are formed from Basaltic molten lava from volcanoes. They are naturally smoothed as a result of rapid cooling of lava on the Earth’s surface making them superior in retaining heat over other types of rock/stone.

Rhassoul Clay is mined in the fertile Atlas Mountains of Morocco and has been used for over 12 centuries by population in North Africa, Southern Europe and Middle East. It is an exceptional clay with many benefits, such as it is rich in silica, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Rhassoul Clay's most impressive properties that benefit the skin is its capacity to absorb. Studies have shown that it is reputed to reduce the dryness and flakiness of the skin while improving the texture of the skin.
The treatment is the application of warm clay on the back, hands and feet. Hot towels are placed to help the clay to absorb into the body then removed with warm towels. A 40-minute massage will follow using organic oil followed by a relaxing 30 minute foot Reflexology to end your session.

Thought to have its origins in Ayurvedic medicine, this relaxation massage focuses on the forehead, scalp, neck, shoulders, ears and upper back. Hot oil and warm towels are used to bring the mind to a state of relaxation. Manipulation of the skin and muscles relieves tension, increases circulation and stimulates energy centers. Extremely relaxing and brings a balancing effect on the client creating a sense of clarity and well-being.
